These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of digital products (software licenses, activation keys, game codes and eSIM plans) offered by RMD GROUP LLC ("we", "the Seller") through this website ("the Site"). Placing an order on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the customer ("you", "the Buyer").
Creating an account is not required to place an order, but it lets you track your order history and retrieve your license keys. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Prices are displayed including all taxes, in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and US Dollar (USD). Payment is accepted via CIB, Eddahabia, Visa and Mastercard, through a secure payment provider. The order is only finally confirmed once payment has been validated by that provider; if payment is declined or fails, the order is automatically cancelled.
As all products sold are digital, delivery is made electronically: the license key, code or access credentials are sent by email and made available in the customer account, immediately after payment confirmation. No physical shipment is involved. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us (see section 11).
In accordance with the regulations applicable to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the digital product has begun with the customer's prior express consent, and the customer acknowledges expressly waiving the right of withdrawal upon confirming the order.
If a key or code is invalid, already used, or rejected by the publisher upon activation, the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a screenshot of the error encountered. After verification, the key will be replaced or refunded. Beyond this period, or in case of improper use, no replacement can be guaranteed.
RMD GROUP LLC acts as a reseller of the products offered and cannot be held liable for the terms of use, availability, or restrictions imposed by third-party publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, eSIM carriers, etc.) regarding activation, region locking, or the validity period of the licenses and plans sold. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the product's compatibility with their region and hardware before purchasing.
The trademarks, logos and products sold on the Site remain the property of their respective publishers. RMD GROUP LLC acts solely as an authorized distributor or reseller of activation keys and codes.
RMD GROUP LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RMD GROUP LLC in its jurisdiction of incorporation in the United States. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer is invited to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
