1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products (software licenses, keys and game codes) by RMD GROUP LLC through this website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and US Dollar (USD). Payment is accepted via CIB, Eddahabia, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely; the order is confirmed once payment is validated.
3. Delivery of digital products
As all products sold are digital, delivery is made electronically (license key or code sent by email and made available in the customer account) immediately after payment confirmation. No physical shipment is involved.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations on digital content, the right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery of the digital product has begun with the customer's prior express consent, and the customer has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
5. Liability
RMD GROUP LLC cannot be held liable for improper use of a delivered product, nor for restrictions imposed by third-party publishers on activation of licenses or keys.
6. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to RMD GROUP LLC in its jurisdiction of incorporation in the United States.
